Director Ariel Danziger, through Honor Society, has helmed a hallucinogenic trip into the desert in this fashion film in collaboration for the Luchadoras collection, with designs by Mariana Guerrero and fabrications by Fashion Solutions NYC and designer Elcy Cortorreal.
Borrowing the iconography of Lucha Libra, the Mexican form of freestyle wrestling characterized by the wearing of colorful masks, Luchadoras sees three models, Marina Wolf, Sidney Allison, and Crystelle Charles drift around the desert wearing the masks of Luchadoras, female Lucha Libra wrestlers that have become symbols of Latino girl power.
