Nashville-based idea-driven agency BUNTIN has hired Ann Moran as agency Chief of Staff. In her new role as EVP/Managing Partner, Chief of Staff, Moran will be working to ensure that every facet of agency operations upholds the company’s standards and dedication to Conviction, both internally and for its clients.

This appointment marks Moran’s third time on staff with BUNTIN, having started her career in the agency’s accounting department and later returning as VP/Director of Workflow + Account Operations. Moran’s leadership skills and industry knowledge gleaned from experience across finance, marketing, brand development and business operations showcase her ability to seamlessly curate and execute projects from concept to completion.

Notes BUNTIN CEO Jeffrey Buntin Jr., “I am thrilled to welcome Ann back into the BUNTIN fold. Her get-it-done energy, solutions orientation, love of BUNTIN, and willingness to overcome any and all obstacles, with a high expertise in operations and process improvement, will prove invaluable as we enter our next stage of growth as an agency.”

Moran began her career at BUNTIN, where she climbed the ranks to become Vice President. At the agency, she gained substantial experience in business operations, brand strategy and execution, product and package design, and strategic brand communications. She made the shift to a client-side role, taking a senior management position for several start-up liquor brands. As the Chief Operating Officer of one such company, she achieved remarkable success, taking the brand from zero to 31 markets within two years.

In 2018, she assumed the role of General Manager at a Nashville-based craft distillery where she oversaw core strategic initiatives, including operations, administration, budgeting, marketing and sales. In 2019, she took a leadership role at Thoroughbred Spirits Group, a consultancy firm dedicated to the spirits industry. In her five years with the company, she contributed to launching or expanding businesses of all sizes, formulating strategies to enable entrepreneurs to succeed.
