BRW USA, Los Angeles has added industry veteran Peter Trucco as Executive Producer. With over 20 years of experience as a producer of commercials, documentaries, music videos and short films, Trucco brings to BRW USA his expertise in international production under extreme conditions and a keen eye for directorial talent. He has produced spots through numerous production companies for such top brands as Ford, Audi, Anheuser Busch, P&G, Navy, Air Force, U.S. Ski Team, Nike and Visa to name a few. He has also produced several documentaries including “Truth in Motion” for NBC, chronicling the U.S. Ski Team’s journey to the 2010 Vancouver Olympic games.

After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in English, Chicago native Trucco started out in the sports marketing industry before heading to California to work as a Production Assistant in commercials. Following a stint as an Associate Producer at Backyard Production’s Chicago office, he headed to Colorado, launching his career as a Producer with three years at Denver-based animation/live action company, Celluloid Studios. He then returned to Los Angeles, where he spent the next 10 years working as a freelance producer for commercials, music videos and documentaries before opening Bandito Brothers with four partners in 2005. He left to open the production services company Trucco Media in 2009, where he has leveraged his creative edge gleaned from an extensive director/producer background, sourcing custom-picked talent for a range of projects.
Trucco currently splits his time between Traverse City, Michigan and Los Angeles, and when not producing he can be found pursuing an array of outdoor adventures with frequent trips abroad.
