Imaginary Forces director/creative director Grant Lau defines a mysterious, thrilling tone in the :17 “White River” promo for FX Networks’ Season 2 premiere of The Bridge.  The promo follows a razorblade dropping slowly onto a white Rio Grande River, which we quickly see has been recreated by cocaine.  Season 2 of The Bridge premiered Wednesday, July 9th at 10pm on FX.

The meticulously crafted texture of the river-turned-cocaine-line is a mysterious map morphed into something nefarious.  The promo is an alluring tease for what promises to be a thrilling show.

The Bridge is a crime thriller starring Diane Kruger, Demian Bichir, Matthew Lillard, Emily Rios, Thomas M. Wright and Ted Levine.  When the body of a cartel member is found on U.S. soil, Sonya Cross (Kruger) from El Paso PD and her Mexican counterpart, Marco Ruiz (Bichir), must work together to solve the case.
