The 2013 PromaxBDA Sports Media Marketing Awards honored the top creative marketing efforts from the international sports marketing industry. SuperExploder mixer Jody Nazzaro‘s work on the comical spot for ESPN/The Vault “Bulls Mascot” earned Gold Awards for “Best Spot” and “Best Use of Humor.” The spot, co-branded for the release of “Taken 2,” features the red furry mascot Benny from the Chicago Bulls fleeing in terror after receiving a  grim call from Liam Neeson revealing that he has kidnapped the Bull’s mother and threatening to come after him next.
