The sepia tinged, gritty visuals of Vincent Haycock’s ‘Lover to Lover’ video for Florence and the Machine, which sets the singer’s rending vocal stylings against the powerful forces of fire and the ocean, has received over 3 million views on YouTube. Haycock, represesented by Park Pictures for spots in the US, received multiple nominations for the UK Music Video Awards ’13 for the clip, in the Best Alternative Video and Best Cinematography in a Video categories.

Haycock’s work was also shortlisted for Raffertie’s “Build Me Up’ video, also nominated for Best Alternative Video.

Vincent Haycock was described by Noisey as a director who “experiments with wacky, outmoded ideas like composition, plot, acting, and mise-en-scène. Haycock’s right in there with the current wave of non-performance music video directors, alongside AG Rojas, Romain Gavras, and Andreas Nilsson.”
