Zoic Studios has signed seasoned sales agent Sarah Holbrook for east coast representation. With over 20 years of sales experience in the advertising industry, she will leverage her expertise to bolster Zoic’s expanding roster of accomplished VFX artists. As an agent for her own company SHH Management, Holbrook handles a brimming roster of clients including Lost Planet Editorial, BRW USA, Pacific Rim Films, Looking Glass Films, Big Deahl, Foreign Films, and Stable. As an independent agent, she has also represented noteworthy directors like Errol Morris, Herb Ritts, Wes Anderson, Christopher Guest, Jared Hess, Frank Todaro, Martin Granger and Douggal Wilson.
Holbrook’s love of entertainment began while getting her hands dirty as a PA during her tenure studying Film and TV at The Tisch School at New York University. She leveraged her hardworking attitude and appreciation for talented directors to pioneer a career path in sales at an early age. She spent six years as the National Head of Sales at Satellite Films, where she repped top directorial talent such as Spike Jonze, Mike Mills and Peter Care, among others. In 1992, she began working as an independent agent, teaming with top production and post companies including Moxie Pictures, Digital Doman and Lost Planet Editorial. In 1998, she launched her own shop, SHH Management. Now living in Brooklyn with her family, Holbrook currently represents a number of highly regarded directors including Albert Watson, Jon Favreau, Danny Boyle, Stephen Frears, John Madden and a strong group of commercial talent.
